The Heritage takes pride in providing exceptional skilled nursing in a homelike environment. Short and long-term skilled nursing care is offered to residents, and as space is available, to
per diem private patients. Speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy are available.
In our Health Center, the focus is on person-centered care. We believe in nurturing individual strengths, focusing on abilities rather than disabilities. Residents determine their own daily schedule, and actively participate in their own lifestyle and healthcare choices. A dedicated staff, many which have worked at The Heritage for over a decade, provide a supportive and caring environment. Our small size(just 32 beds) allows us to provide very personalized care to our residents.
Per Diem Private Patients
